The Oz Group was established as an independent training and consulting firm.  Our name, The Oz Group, represents our fundamental belief:  that much like Dorothy and the other characters in the movie The Wizard of Oz discovered, we all have the tools within us needed to succeed.  The Oz Group helps people and organizations develop their skills and potential to achieve their goals.  We offer a variety of training topics for personal and professional development and human resource needs, including leadership and management training, teambuilding training, customer service training, and many more.  You may choose keynote, breakout, half-day or full-day programs, or a multiple-day seminar series.  All events are customized to the client's individual needs.
