Coaching

and/or team coaching and development plan to define targets, enhance skills and achieve the desired results.

The duration of each coaching project varies based on each individual’s
needs and organizational goals. A coaching term of 9 to 12 months is quite common, though shorter, specific-issue
precision-focused projects are also effective under the right circumstances.
An action plan is completed after each session, and periodic update meetings are
held jointly with the coach, coachee, and next level manager, to share progress and keep the lines of communication open for
successful partnering and support.
